CONTEXT
Like taxes, death is one of the certainties of life. How do we transform the experience of planning for end-of-life to provide a more personalised and memorable send-off? The Life Celebrant strives to celebrate and commemorate the life of a loved one by providing customised and meaningful comprehensive funeral service package.
//PROBLEM
We found that many funeral services have very generic and dated designs. The Life Celebrant has to stand out among its competitors. They are also not active on their social media accounts as they do not post consistently.
//SOLUTION
We compiled a list of content that brings a fresh new perspective to funeral planning and turned them into artworks. A lot of TLC's initial designs were also revamped, including their website. Next, we did a contemporary funeral styled shoot.

FUNERAL STYLED SHOOT
We proposed a styled shoot to reimagine what a modern funeral can look like, and how we can implement fresh designs, such as a modern backdrop, to stand out from traditional funerals.

WEBSITE DESIGN
The Life Celebrant offers a suite of services from pre-funeral planning to afterlife planning. The website was revamped to offer a clutter-free and aesthetically uncomplicated experience as it serves as a 24-hour helpline.

SOCIAL MEDIA CURATION
The Life Celebrant needed consistent posting on their social media channels. We curated bite-sized content and rebranded their social media.

OBITUARY NOTICES
We designed various obituary templates as we felt that the previous designs were cliche and generic. With the new templates, clients can also choose from a variety of designs, and TLC staff are able to edit them easily on Pages or Google Docs.
