

CONTEXT
Lam Kee Fisheries has been in the fisheries industry for over 25 years and they are established as one of Singapore's leading seafood suppliers. Their sister brand – Snow Treasures – is a B2C brand and wants to reach out to more consumers.
//RESEARCH
Snow Treasures does not have an e-commerce platform to showcase its products. They are also not actively promoting their seafood products online.
//SOLUTION
We created an e-commerce website and kickstart their Instagram channel with a brand new social media branding.

WEBSITE DESIGN
E-commerce was important in generating more purchases from Snow Treasures as online grocery shopping is a norm. Promotions and giveaways were regularly updated on the website.


SOCIAL MEDIA CURATION
Many giveaways were hosted, and we reached out to foodies and influencers to give Snow Treasures a shoutout. We helped Snow Treasures to generate content by encouraging people to tag and share their seafood purchases/cooked dishes.
