What are the terms of payment?

Payment would be made as a one time payment via Mastercard, Visa or PayPal. Installment options are available through Mastercard, Visa or PayPal as well.

Can I increase the number of artworks for a month?

Yes you can! You have two options, one is by adding more artworks to your total artwork count OR reduce the number of artworks from your subsequent months to add to your current month.

How does Cashback Work?

Based on the initial sign up of our packages, you will be reimbursed after the end of your package in CASH through bank transfer or Paypal.

What if I sign up for a package but I want to upgrade to get more Cashback?

We require you to fully complete your subscription that you sign up for before signing up with a new subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription halfway through ?

We hope you will not think of that! However, If you require cancellations before your subscription ends, you will not be entitled to any cashbacks from the subscription that you signed up for. Please email us at to request for a cancellation.

Will you send me the working file?

Only complete and rendered videos/pictures would be available for download.

What do you mean by Text Animations? What kind of Animations will be provided as part of the package?

Text animations could be anywhere from being animated texts on a background of your choice or placed as an overlay on a instagram video.

Does this package cover the setting of campaigns?

No, we do not cover campaigns as part of this package. However, we do provide marketing campaigns and consultation. Join our waiting list and we will get back to you as soon as we can! Campaigns done by Art of Company is exclusive and we only accept 3 clients a year.

Does it include reporting?

We do not take over any social media accounts, we only provide the artwork, copy editing as well as the look and feel of your feed for Premium packages onwards. Do drop us an email for a quotation if you would like us to take over at a cost.

I have two brands. Can I share the post quota between these brands?

All artworks are tailor made for your specifc brand therefore we are unable to split the quota between two brands.

I am unable to use up my post quota within a year, am I allowed an extension?

If you listen to our advice, you will not have this issue. It is recommended to post at least twice or thrice a week to gain enough traction hence this will not be an issue.

What are the differences in your packages?

Our various packages are based on the contents needed for a strong social media presence. We recommend posting at least 2-3 times a week. Multiple posts are a good way to showcase your content in social media.

I can hire an artist on Fiverr. Why should I hire you instead?

Looking for a credible artist on Fiverr that can meet your expectations is hard to find! Due to communication and language barrier, you will end up spending more! Do you know that fiverr takes a cut from your balance wallet and every project? Art Of company is based in Singapore and we have a hotline to communicate if you have any enquires.

Can I cancel my subscription and redeem my cashback?

You must complete your full subscription period to be able to redeem your cashback. Eg: If you sign up for a 6 months subscription, you will be able to redeem a cashback of $480.

If I sign up for the 6 months package, am I also entitled to the 3 months Cashback?

Whichever package that you subscribe to initially will be the amount of cashback you get. Eg : "John bought the 6 Months Bronze Package, therefore, he is entitled to $480 Cashback."

What do you mean by Cashback

A Cashback is an incentive where a percentage of the amount spent is paid back to the customer.

How do I cancel my subscription ?

We are so sad to see you go :( Before you request for cancellation of your subscription, be sure that : . You have received the items for that month; and . You do not have any outstanding payments with us Things you should know: 1. To terminate within the month, you will need to submit your request for a termination before 12pm on the last day of the month. Otherwise, this request will be taken into account for the following month. All service cancellations will be done at the end of the month. 2. Can I request for Payment delay?

We have a standard payment process for all our customers and we are unable to set specific billing dates or payment deduction dates for customers who request a payment delay. We run payment rounds in the first few days of the month and, if the payment fails, we re-attempt again within 1-3 business days. However, we monitor the usage of customers who have failed payment and an increase in the outstanding amount beyond a certain point would result in service disruption. Simply ensure that your debit or credit card on file has sufficient funds for us to charge your account. If payments have been unsuccessful by the 25th of that month, you will be charged a $15 late payment fee in your next bill.

What does 4 + 2 Weeks mean? Does it mean I have to pay more?

You get a bonus of 2 weeks for the first month of purchase with us. It is complimentary, for us to do a mood board and find a look and feel that better suits the look and feel of your brand.

If I have my own branding look and feel already do I still get the bonus Starter Kit?

Yes. Regardless whether your have your own branding or not the Starter Kit and the bonus 2 weeks will be given to you for the first month, it does not apply for the following month.

What if I don’t want the Starter Kit? Am I able to exchange it for something else in th add-on services?
