CONTEXT
Covette Clinic is an award-winning medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, and wellness facility that focuses on the most advanced anti-ageing technologies.
//PROBLEM
Many people get their plastic surgery procedures done overseas as it is cheaper and more common. Unlike Singapore, clinics overseas do not have strict marketing guidelines to follow and they can give discounts and promote before & after content on their socials. How do we convince people to get their procedures done in Singapore – specifically Covette Clinic – without breaking the MOH guidelines online?
//SOLUTION
On Covette's social channels, we engaged a host, to walk the clients through common plastic surgery and medical aesthetics FAQs. We also revamped the clinic's website to suit the new social media rebranding and we revised the content to give the customers a more in-depth understanding on each treatment procedures.






SOCIAL MEDIA CURATION
We curated an online personality for Dr. Gavin Kang – plastic surgeon for Covette Clinic. He would directly share and break down surgery information with the viewers online.















WEBSITE DESIGN
The website was given a new facelift. There was more information added, with up-to-date treatments and illustrations.


CUSTOMISED ILLUSTRATIONS
Customised illustrations were added for better visualisation of the treatment.

DELEGATE WEDDING FAIR
We reached out to Delegate and Dr. Gavin Kang was invited as a guest speaker for their virtual wedding fair where he shared common misconceptions about plastic surgery and medical aesthetics procedures. We photographed the event and designed the presentation slides (see below).
